Payment reserves the athlete’s place in class.

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

-
Athletes are encouraged to attend all scheduled sessions to support their development.
-
Notify the studio promptly of any absences.

Competitive team athletes may have additional attendance expectations.
Weather Closures
Athlete safety is our top priority. We closely monitor weather conditions and will notify families promptly of any closures.

We make every effort to align closures with the local school district calendar.

Punctuality is a sign of respect for coaches and fellow athletes and helps maintain a safe and organized lobby environment.
